Additional Terms Pertaining to Delivery

Wooden Robot Brewery, LLC (“we” or “Wooden Robot”) is an urban farmhouse brewery, proudly located in Charlotte, NC. Our shop includes our brick and mortar operations and our online shop (the “Shop”) for to-go delivery. All sales of products, including beer, wine, apparel, glassware and merchandise (the “Products”), occur on these grounds whether they are initiated in person or via the Shop. The buyer (“You” or “you”) is visiting our digital menu and agree that your purchases of Products are made here in the great state of North Carolina.

Below are additional terms and conditions that supplement our site Terms and Conditions. Please review. Any purchase of Products from our Shop shall be done in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the supplemental conditions that follow. Thanks for supporting the Wooden Robot team.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol Products. You represent to us that you are indeed 21 or older. Someone over the age of 21 will be required to be present at the time of delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Product orders of $40.00 or more will be eligible for free local delivery to addresses located within 5 miles of 1440 S Tryon St. #110, Charlotte, NC 28203. Local delivery is not available for addresses outside the 5 mile radius. Prior to placing your delivery order, please confirm whether your delivery address is within the 5 mile radius. Orders placed before 8pm on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday will be delivered on the following day.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Our current policy is to not provide refunds. This is done because inventory is managed closely and it is not fair to other purchasers to be denied an opportunity to purchase Products that are in limited quantity. Additionally, we are charged for all merchant fees at the time of purchase and cannot get these back. In the event of extenuating circumstances, our wonderful staff may elect to issue a refund to you for 90% of the purchase price, with the remaining fees collected as compensation for merchant fees and restocking.
